Bookings for 2026

If you’re expecting in 2026 and would like to explore overnight postpartum support, please reach out with your estimated due date. I’ll confirm whether I have space in my calendar and share next steps. You’re welcome to send any questions, or review my FAQ page in advance.

My Approach

Your baby’s sleep is supported responsively in a way that lasts. Care follows their natural rhythms, doesn’t get in the way of your bonding, and respects your feeding choices and parenting style while helping you get more rest. You’ll also feel confident and supported in caring for your newborn, recovering from birth, and making feeding and sleep decisions that work for your family.

How Nighttime Support Works

Length of Support

I typically work with parents for 6 to 12 weeks, though shorter or longer bookings are possible depending on your needs.

If you’re expecting twins, anticipating a cesarean recovery, or a NICU stay, you’ll definitely benefit from booking longer, consistent support.

If you know you don’t do well when your sleep is disrupted, you may find that even getting up twice a night takes a toll. Plan for up to 12 weeks of consistent support to guarantee your rest.

Nights Per Week

Most parents book a minimum of 3 nights per week.

Some choose a taper schedule, starting with 4 to 5 nights in the early weeks, then reducing to 3 or 4 nights, then 2 to 3 nights.

Families with twins, complex recoveries, or parents who want the guarantee of consistent sleep often book up to 7 nights per week.

Level of Care

You choose the structure of care that works best for your nighttime parenting goals:

  • Traditional postpartum doula support – I’m side by side with you whenever your baby wakes during the night. I guide you through nighttime newborn care and offer hands-on support as needed.
  • Newborn sleep support – You get uninterrupted rest while I provide complete overnight newborn care. If you’re breastfeeding, you may choose to wake to nurse or pump for some or all feedings.
  • Hybrid care – A flexible mix of the above, tailored night to night or week to week to meet your needs.
